This program will help us understand micro-inequities at our workplaces, to include how our everyday and common place verbal, behavioral, or environmental communications, can communicate some form of acceptance or hostility, derogation, slights, or insults based on how we perceive people.

As part of ISC’s ongoing commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and contributing to our environment of belonging, we are hosting a series of training opportunities to support our foundational learning and ongoing commitment to DEIB. Our partner, Ralph DeLucia, Associate Director, from the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Programs will be the instructor for these sessions.
