A program that considers how forms of bias are reflected in our own prejudicial, stereotypical, and assumptive beliefs structures that can have a detrimental effect on our workplaces.
As part of ISC’s ongoing commitment to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace and contributing to our environment of belonging, we are hosting a series of training opportunities to support our foundational learning and ongoing commitment to DEIB. Our partner, Ralph DeLucia, Associate Director, from the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Programs will be the instructor for these sessions.
